I entered the wrong shipping address on my order. How can I fix it?

Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed. Email us at email@example.com.
When will I receive my order?
Each order is processed and prepared in maximum 5 days, then the product is shipped by Poste Italiane courier on Italian territory and delivered within 3 days, while in the rest of the world with will be delivered within 7 days. The order will be shipped after receiving payment from the customer. Delivery will be from Monday to Friday during business hours from 8:00 to 13:30 to the customer's address indicated in the order.
Why didn't I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information in your email inbox. If you cannot find the e-mail, be sure to check your junk mail. If you can't find anything there either, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where is my package?
Customers receive an e-mail from the courier company, which provides the tracking number related to the order. To track the status of a shipment to Italy, you can visit the website I will provide and enter the tracking number you received in the "shipment tracking" box.
Do I have to pay tax, duty or charges when picking up an order?
All orders to EU countries are not subject to extra charges. All other non-EU countries may be subject to extra charges. Please contact your local customs office to find out more.
How do I return an item?

You may request a return or replacement of an order (not valid for gift certificates), in whole or in part, within 14 business days of receiving the product. What are the costs of return?
Return costs equal those of shipping the order and are the responsibility of the customer.
How long is the processing time for returns and exchanges?
Returns have a processing time of 5-7 business days from the time we receive your notice and the returned product.
